Placing an Order

How do I place an order?
First, click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box then click the Add to Cart button.
When you are ready to checkout, you have two options to choose from. You can click the Checkout Now button right after you've added an item to your cart or you can click on the Cart or Checkout button in the upper right hand section of every page.
When viewing the entire contents of your cart clicking on the Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom of the page will take you to a Sign In page. Here, you can Sign In if you already have an account with us, or you can continue shopping as a Guest.
When you have made your Sign In choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click Place Your Order. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly.

How do I pay for my purchase?
We accept a variety of payments including MasterCard, Visa and American Express (AMEX). 

How do I redeem my credit not online?
Make your selections and proceed to Checkout as usual. On the Payment page, enter your assigned Credit Note code in the credit note field and click on the apply button. Your subtotals should update. 

How much is the shipping cost?
At LEGO Certified Store, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. Shipping and handling costs and delivery methods may be upgraded in Checkout if consolidating items in your order will provide better shipping rates and times.
The exact shipping and handling amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed during Checkout.

Do you charge VAT?
Yes, as per Kuwait law there is no VAT applied.

Where do you ship to and what shipping options are available?
We ship to any location within Kuwait, All Orders are expected to be delivered in 1-3 Working Days from the date of order.

How do I track my order?
You can click on the link you will receive from Aramex via SMS once you place your order

What is your return and exchange policy?
LEGO Certified Store products may be exchanged or returned within 15 days for full priced items. All discounted items may be exchanged within 15 days and returned within 3 days.
15 days exchange or refund will be provided in case of Manufacturing defect.
In order to qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be returned with the following conditions:
•    Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in good condition
•    All tags /barcodes must be attached
•    Original purchase receipt must be presented
•    Exchange can only be with an item of equal or higher value than the original item
Your refund will be processed via the following methods:
•    Credit Card payments are refunded back to the card used in the purchase

What should I do if I do not want to receive my order?
You can contact our call center on +965 22597410 to cancel or partial cancel an order. Your order can be canceled any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. After the cancellation is complete, you will receive a credit note for the same value of the returned items.
